Network Marketing, MLM Lead Exposure Systems

If youve been in marketing, youve probably heard this basic rule of thumb: It takes 5-7 exposures for a prospect to make a buying decision. For the less experienced this may seem to suggest you have to bug your prospects or even sit down 7 times to earn the sale. The truth is professional marketers use systems of automation whenever and wherever possible within their businesses. They understand that a personal touch is imperative and when they pick up the phone their time is spent speaking with people who have already qualified themselves at some level (warm vs. cold lead).

Tip #1: Use systems of automation to massively increase the maximization of efficiency within your network marketing business. Be sure to realize this does not mean you will operate on a magic button system. Some effort will still be required for sustainable success. However, many of the 5-7 exposures can be provided through automation. You can use these systems to identify interested prospects and then use an internal system to further provide ongoing relevant material to gradually build yourself up as the expert through the exposure process. When a message lands on fertile grounds, that interested prospect will raise their hand and indicate that an interest is present.

Tip #2: Continually feed the system. Continual efforts to prospects already in your funnel receiving information can attribute to 50% or more of your overall business. However, continual new prospects must be sought out and filtered through to keep the process moving forward.

Tip #3: Provide relevant information to your prospect. Be sure to provide something of value in the exposure process. Be sure the prospect understands how your product or opportunity may be a fit for them. Encourage them to contact you so they can better understand how it will be of benefit.
